See what your school community is telling you
Educity Open gathers the experiences of pupils, parents and carers, and staff, then creates a structured report for you to use with leaders across your school to target meaningful change.
Educity Open turns responses into clear, structured reports that help you see the bigger picture and then understand what sits underneath it. You can explore results online, download a school report as a PDF, and Educity can produce an editable PowerPoint deck for further presentation and discussion.

Start with the whole picture
Every report begins with the Educity Lens. You see an overall result alongside the six domains of educational experience:
Scores are shown on a 0–100 scale, with simple Red, Amber and Green anchors to make patterns easier to read. A school can see immediately where experience appears strongest, where it is less positive, and where it may be worth looking more closely. The colour does not replace the score and it is not a school grade. It’s a way to help you orient yourself within a much richer set of evidence.

Look at the experience of different groups
Whole-school averages can hide important differences. Where the evidence is strong enough and privacy can be protected, Educity Open can show the same overall and domain results for individual reporting groups. Depending on the audience, that can include:
Pupils
Parents & Carers
Staff
Each breakdown is shown separately. Educity does not create cross-tabs that progressively divide respondents into smaller and more identifiable groups.
Educity deliberately withholds results where displaying them would compromise privacy or where there is not enough evidence to support a result.
An overall score is only the beginning. Each of the six domains opens into three dimensions, and each dimension into three specific constructs. That gives schools a structured route from the headline result down to the particular aspects of experience that contributed to it.
The report also surfaces the three highest- and three lowest-scoring publishable constructs to help users orient themselves. These are not league tables or automatic priorities. They are starting points for understanding the pattern in the evidence.

See where experiences agree, and where they don’t
Pupils, parents and carers, and staff experience the same school from different positions. Educity doesn’t average those perspectives together. The Combined report places equivalent results side by side, using the pupil experience as the anchor.
A positive difference means the adult audience reported the area more positively than pupils. A negative difference means pupils reported it more positively. Neither tells you which group is “right”. The difference is itself useful evidence.

Explore online. Share clearly.
Educity Open is designed so that the same controlled results can be used in different ways without creating different versions of the truth. Every format comes from the same immutable report data. The web report, PDF and presentation do not calculate their own answers.
Interactive web report
Explore the Lens from the overall picture down through domains, dimensions and constructs, with group breakdowns and stakeholder comparisons where available.
School PDF
Download a stable report designed for reading, sharing and keeping as part of the school’s evidence.
Editable PowerPoint
Educity can also produce an editable presentation deck from the same locked results, giving the Educity team a controlled starting point for workshops, presentations and further discussion.
Understand how the reports are built
Educity publishes its scoring and interpretation methodology.
You can see how individual responses become construct, dimension, domain and overall results; how privacy and evidence thresholds work; how stakeholder differences are calculated; and what the Red, Amber and Green anchors mean.
